Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 7:00pm (by appointment)

Services:
Provides a variety of services on a sliding-fee scale, including therapy for adults, children, families, and couples, psychological assessment, community consultation and preventive interventions. The Psychology Clinic also provides referrals to appropriate agencies.

• Therapy Services: provide therapy for individuals, families, and couples. Both heterosexual and gay/lesbian couples are seen in couples therapy. Group therapy focused on special issues is sometimes available.
• Assessments: psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults. Consultation accompanies each assessment to determine the best way to gather and to use the information.
• Referrals: to receive referrals to other agencies, telephone 510-642-2055, Monday through Friday at 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm

Appointments can generally be arranged within 10 days of the time you call.
Sliding-fee scale ranges from 20-120 dollars per session.
Reserved parking available. Wheelchair accessible.

2. Alameda County of Mental Health Clients

Services:
Respite, counseling and group sessions.
Free phone service, a mailing address and message services.

3. Berkeley Bi-Polar Support Group
2001 Dwight Way, Berkeley, CA at Alta Bates Hospital

Services:
Support, education, and crisis guidance for people diagnosed with unipolar depression and bipolar affective disorder. Main meeting is every Thursday evening, 7-9 PM. The Thursday group is also open to family and friends. Typical attendance is 25-35 people. A smaller group meets every Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM. The Saturday group does not allow family or friends to attend.

4. Berkeley Free Clinic Peer Counseling Collective

Saturday 12 to 2 pm for women and people who transgender only.

Services:
Peer Counseling Collective is a non-profit collective of community volunteers interested in providing free peer counseling to individuals in the community.

Services:
Individual, couples, and family therapy, HIV counseling, facilitated therapy groups, youth groups, peer support groups, room rentals, referrals to community resources and support services. Support for LGBT and other sexual minorities

Groups are $5-10, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
